1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using E-Rate Stats ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

E-Rate Stats is a data analysis and management platform for the federal E-Rate program. We aggregate publicly available E-Rate program data and provide search, reporting, tracking, and notification features for E-Rate consultants, service providers, and program participants.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through a secure third-party payment processor. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Data Accuracy

E-Rate Stats aggregates publicly available E-Rate program data. While we make every effort to keep data accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the Service. Users should verify critical data directly with the official program source before making business decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by E-Rate Stats and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Publicly available E-Rate program data is in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Rate Stats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
