Your dashboard is the home screen after login. It shows your favorites count, watched entity alerts, target list summary, and quick-action cards to jump into search, reports, or settings.

The sidebar is your main navigation. It is organized into sections: your identity and tier at the top, then Main, Data, Analysis, and Personal sections. Some items are only visible on paid plans.

E-Rate Stats supports three visual themes: Dark (default), Mid, and Light. Your choice is saved to your profile and persists across sessions.

If you are a service provider, linking your SPIN (Service Provider Identification Number) to your profile unlocks the My SPIN dashboard with your contracts, FRNs, and line items.

Save time by setting default filters for search pages. When you open Entities, Form 470, or Form 471, your preferred state, funding year, and entity type will be pre-selected.

Email verification ensures you receive important notifications like status alerts and support replies. After signing up, you have a 3-day grace period before verification is required.

Search for schools, school districts, libraries, consortiums, and other E-Rate eligible entities by name, BEN (Billed Entity Number), state, or type.

Form 470 applications are competitive bidding requests. Search by application number, entity name, or BEN, and filter by state, funding year, and status.

Form 471 applications are E-Rate funding requests. Search and filter by application number, organization, state, year, status, and service category.

Form 470 is a competitive bidding request — it announces what services an entity needs and must be posted for 28 days so providers can bid. Form 471 is the actual funding request filed after a vendor is selected. An entity must have a Form 470 before filing a 471, but not every entity files their own 470.

Find service providers by name, "Doing Business As" name, or SPIN number.

Entity reports show a complete funding picture: total committed and disbursed amounts, year-by-year breakdowns, top service providers, and Category 1 vs Category 2 spending.

Provider reports show year-over-year performance: committed and disbursed amounts, entities served, top products, and category breakdown.

Manufacturer reports show product usage, cost trends, top models, and provider relationships across funding years.

CSV export is available on search results pages and reports. Downloaded files open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.

Watch entities to receive email notifications when their funding status changes. You will get a daily digest summarizing all changes for your watched entities.

Notification rules let you define custom alerts for Form 470/471 submissions matching your criteria. Pro users can create up to 3 rules; Enterprise users have unlimited rules.

The New Submissions tab shows Form 470 and Form 471 applications that were filed since your last visit, filtered by your notification preferences.

Favorite entities for quick access from your Favorites page. Free accounts can save up to 5 favorites; Pro accounts get 50; Enterprise accounts have no limit.

The Target List helps service providers and consultants track prospective entities. Add entities, set priority and status, view their funding history, and share with your team on Enterprise.
